About Us

Ngaire Jehle-Caitcheon, MA, BSc.

A psychologist from New Zealand, Ngaire has spent 26 years abroad in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. She has been involved in intercultural training for 12 years in a variety of settings: companies, expatriate communities and schools. She has a B.Sc. in Psychology, a diploma in psychotherapy, a Master's degree in Sociology and a teaching certificate for international schools. She and her husband have two children and have faced many of the situations that can arise abroad from dealing with learning problem to preparing for evacuations during wars and rebellions.

Ngaire works as program developer, trainer and researcher.

Urs Jehle

Originally from Switzerland Urs has lived abroad for nineteen years. He is presently a regional manager for a large Swiss company, working with employees and clients from sixteen Eastern European countries. He has also worked in the Middle East, Africa and the Mediterranean dealing with both local and international employees and clients.

Urs assists in the development of training materials relating to managing and negotiating with people from other cultures

Patricia Eriksson

An American of Swedish descent Patricia began her career as a music teacher. Leaving the United States in 1978 she has been teaching abroad for 23 years, spending six years in Sweden and five years in Bahrain. Falling in love with the sunny island of Cyprus, she has spent a total of twelve years at the American International School of Nicosia (previously ISS and TASIS) teaching English, Social Studies and TOK. She is presently Assistant Principal and the IB coordinator of a rapidly expanding program.

Patricia assists in the development of training materials and advises on issues relating to the integration of other-culture students, developing an international climate in schools and the function of IB in striving to attain a culturally integrated school.

Senta Jehle, BA (Sociology), BCom hons

A true global nomad Senta grew up in Switzerland, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Liberia, Zaire and Cyprus attending American, International and local schools. She is bicultural and multilingual in English, German (Swiss German) and French. She has a degree in Sociology and a BCom (hons)  with emphasis on Asian culture.

Senta assists with the development of programs relating to expatriate children, to students returning home and on issues relating to the Pacific Basin and South East Asia. She works as a trainer with students and those planning to go home to study.
